On the night four of the biggest environmental advocacy group officially endorsed President Joe Biden during dinner, the President went off script, and things went off the rails.

Apparently, Joe was up past his bedtime to attend the event, and things did not go well.

During his speech, the President bragged that his administration had plans to build a railroad that would cross the Pacific. The crowd sat there so dumbfounded and laughed.

“We have plans to build a railroad from the Pacific all the way across the Indian Ocean.  We have plans to build in — in Angola one of the largest solar plants in the world.  I can go on, but I’m not.  I’m going off-script.  I’m going to get in trouble,” the President said as the audience laughed at him.

The Biden administration can’t even make sure the country has enough baby formula and he claims they are going to build a trans-pacific railroad?

The President also appeared to think it’s still 2009.

Oh boy…

It’s pretty clear why Jill Biden is doing campaign events.

Politico reported that the event hosted the four major green groups – LCV, Next Gen PAC, NRDC Action Fund, and the Sierra Club – who are throwing their support behind Joe. The endorsement was no surprise because the groups received around $370 billion in subsidies from the Inflation Reduction Act.

I guess when money is getting pumped through your organization stuff like the video below doesn’t bother you.
