After all, the guy has the nuclear codes, yet he can’t even handle a campaign appearance without veering wildly off-script. His advisors had canceled his campaign calls the day before, probably hoping he could lay low, stay out of the news cycle, and not end up in another PR disaster. But old habits die hard. It’s almost hard to believe, but here we are. The President of the United States is out there tossing around comments about smacking people on the backside, and we’re supposed to act like this is normal? Forget it.
