A little over a month before his death, former conservative powerhouse Rush Limbaugh made a prediction.

On January 8, 2021, Rush said, “they desperately want Trump gone, and I know that they desperately want it codified that Trump cannot run again.”

Well, former President Trump was just indicted again, and more from Fulton County, Georgia, are expected.

On August 2, 2023, the former President was indicted on felony charges for allegedly working to overturn the results following the election.

From the Associated Press:

The four-count indictment, the third criminal case against Trump, provided deeper insight into a dark moment that has already been the subject of exhaustive federal investigations and captivating public hearings. It chronicles a months-long campaign of lies about the election results and says that, even when those falsehoods resulted in a chaotic insurrection at the Capitol, Trump sought to exploit the violence by pointing to it as a reason to further delay the counting of votes that sealed his defeat.

Additionally, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is expected to indict the former president. Reports have indicated that Willis is preparing to charge Trump with racketeering.
Special counsel Jack Smith has also identified Rudy Guiliani, John Eastman, Sidney Powell, Jeff Clark, and Kenneth Chesebro as co-conspirators.

Radio and Fox News host Mark Levin lamented that the Judge in the latest indictment case is known as the “toughest punisher” of 1/6 defendants.

A profile from the Associated Press wrote that federal Judge Tanya Chutkan “has handed out tougher sentences than the [Justice Department] was seeking in seven cases, matched its requests in four others and sent all 11 riot defendants who have come before her behind bars.”

Over two years ago, Rush predicted it, and now it has happened.
