It’s yet another chapter in the Biden-Harris saga of bungling, this time at the expense of Americans who have lost their homes, their loved ones, and, for some, their very livelihoods. The devastation from one of the deadliest hurricanes to strike the U.S. has left hundreds missing and a death toll creeping toward 200.
You’d think the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) would be ready to step in, right? Wrong. Turns out FEMA doesn’t have the cash to cover disaster relief for this hurricane season. And why? Because the Biden administration has been funneling that money to shelter illegal immigrants. Yes, you read that right.

Let’s break this down. According to The Federalist, FEMA allocated nearly $364 million in the fiscal year 2023 and another $650 million for 2024 to the “Shelter and Services Program” to provide not for American citizens but for illegal immigrants. That money was supposed to go to disaster relief, the actual mission of FEMA. Instead, it’s being used for “humanitarian services” for migrants after their release from DHS custody. In other words, while Americans are left scrambling to rebuild their lives from the wreckage, the Biden administration is making sure non-citizen migrants get nice accommodations. What a brilliant use of tax dollars, right?
But don’t worry, Vice President Kamala Harris did swing by for her obligatory photo op. She surveyed the damage, smiled for the cameras, and generously offered disaster victims… $750. Yes, $750. For people who have lost everything, it’s beyond insulting. Maybe those checks could’ve been bigger if the administration wasn’t busy throwing away billions on Ukraine and footing the bill for illegal immigrants’ rent and utilities.

$2,500 per month to illegal aliens
$750 to Americans who lost everything in Hurricane Helene

In almost one week, the Biden-Harris administration approved:
– $8.7 billion in military aid for Israel
– $8 billion in military aid for Ukraine
– $567 million in military support for Taiwan– $750 one time emergency assistance payment for American victims of Hurricane Helene… pic.twitter.com/kr3fioFZ3Z

Now, let’s talk about the painfully slow response. Is this just standard incompetence, or are they doing this on purpose? Take your pick. Either way, when it comes to handling a disaster, Biden and Harris always seem to find a way to do the exact opposite of what’s needed. It’s like they have a special talent for failure, and it’s getting worse by the day.
It’s bad that Harris-Biden are incompetently handling the federal government’s response to Americans suffering in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, but also bad how much corporate media are downplaying the story on behalf of their political party. Thank God for X!

While American citizens sit stranded in floodwaters, desperate for help, this administration prioritizes everyone but them. It’s a pattern at this point—whether it’s the botched Afghanistan withdrawal, the southern border crisis, or hurricane relief, Biden and Harris just can’t seem to get it right. It’s almost remarkable how consistently wrong they are, but in the saddest, most frustrating way possible.
