Trump Posts Statement On Social Media

Hello everyone! Buckle up because we’ve got a juicy story to dissect. It seems the liberal media is pulling out all the stops to rewrite history and sanitize Vice President Kamala Harris.

Yes, that’s right, the same VP who’s accomplished next to nothing in that role is now being crowned as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee. And boy, are the media spinning faster than a whirling dervish to make her look good.

The New York Times, always at the front lines of Democratic damage control, published an article on July 17 titled “Why Republicans Keep Calling Kamala Harris the ‘Border Czar.’” Reporters Jazmine Ulloa and Nicholas Nehamas had the nerve to claim, “Ms. Harris was not, in fact, appointed border czar.” They spun it further, saying she was tasked with addressing the “root causes” of migration, like drug violence and lack of economic opportunity. Oh, really? Because that seems to have worked out just splendidly, hasn’t it?

But let’s not stop there. Axios decided to join the circus with their piece, “Harris border confusion haunts her new campaign.” Reporter Stef W. Kight tried to paint Harris as some sort of diplomatic savior, far removed from the actual border crisis. Yet, Kight’s own previous reporting flatly stated, “President Biden is putting Vice President Harris in charge of addressing the migrant surge at the U.S.-Mexico border.” So, which is it, Axios? Looks like someone needs to keep better track of their own stories.

The irony reached new heights when Axios got called out on social media. Even they had to admit, grudgingly, that they’d referred to Harris as the “border czar” back in 2021. Talk about embarrassing. They had to slap an editor’s note on Kight’s denial article, acknowledging their own mistake. But hey, nothing like a little self-contradiction to spice things up, right?

TIME magazine wasn’t about to miss the gaslighting party. They published an article brazenly titled, “Kamala Harris Was Never Biden’s ‘Border Czar.’ Here’s What She Really Did.” According to TIME, the infamous soundbite of Harris telling Guatemalans, “Do not come,” was just a minor hiccup. They tried to convince readers that the “border czar” label was just a big misunderstanding. Sure, TIME, keep telling yourselves that.

CNN jumped on the bandwagon back in 2021 with their senior national correspondent Ed Lavandera parroting the same line: “The Vice President is expected to be in El Paso… since she was appointed as the border czar by President Biden.” Looks like they forgot to update their script before the recent media makeover attempt.

And just last week, ABC News Live’s anchor Kanya Whitworth repeated the language during the RNC coverage, noting how critical the speakers were of Harris “in her role as border czar.” Funny how these outlets are now tripping over themselves to backpedal.

Let’s not forget Politico. Back when Harris was first appointed, they had no issue with calling her the border czar. Yet now, they’re whining about Republicans using that label. Their recent articles moan about the GOP attacks and suggest the White House did little to combat this narrative. What’s more, they had no problem calling Mike Pence the “coronavirus czar” during Trump’s administration. Hypocrisy, anyone?

They’re also trying to turn Harris into something she’s not. Trump had no problem reminding them of their falshoods:

So, there you have it. The liberal media is working overtime to scrub Kamala Harris’s record clean. If they had their way, the entire “border czar” fiasco would be erased from memory, leaving us in some Orwellian nightmare where facts are whatever they say they are. But don’t worry, folks. We’re here to keep the record straight.
