Ladies and gentlemen, buckle up!
Kamala Harris had quite the showdown during her campaign speech in Michigan on Wednesday. In true dramatic fashion, protesters interrupted her midway through, voicing their opposition to Israel’s conflict with Hamas.
Harris started off with a bit of diplomacy, saying, “I believe in democracy, and everybody’s voice matters, but I am speaking now.” But as the protesters persisted, she flipped the script and got combative. “You know what, if you want Donald Trump to win, then say that. Otherwise, I’m speaking,” she snapped, drawing static cheers from the audience.
The tension was palpable as Harris supporters and protesters shouted at each other before the demonstrators were eventually led away.
This fiery exchange happened during Harris and her new running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s visit to Wisconsin and Michigan. They were trying to rally support among young, diverse, labor-friendly voters. President Biden’s support for Israel in its ongoing conflict with Hamas has been a sore spot for the administration, and it showed.

At the first rally in Eau Claire, Harris echoed her running mate, “As Tim Walz likes to point out, we are joyful warriors.” But her tone took a sharp turn when she accused Trump of being stuck in the past and favoring confrontation. “Someone who suggests we should terminate the Constitution of the United States should never again have the chance to sit behind the seal of the United States,” she declared, her voice rising with each word.
Kamala Harris is deranged. She says President Trump will “weaponize the DOJ against his political enemies” (exactly what she’s doing), prosecute “peaceful protesters” (exactly what she’s doing), and ignore the Constitution (exactly what she’s doing).
