Kamala Harris turning 60 came with a healthy dose of public backlash, and it wasn’t just about the milestone birthday.
It was about her laughably disingenuous attempt to court Christian voters with her latest stunt: a call to “take your souls to the polls.” That’s right—this is the same Kamala who, just days ago, mocked Christians at a rally in Wisconsin for daring to proclaim that “Jesus is Lord.” The response to that was a snarky jab, “Oh, you meant to go to the smaller rally down the street,” followed by roaring applause from her secularist fan base. But now, suddenly, she’s all about faith and action? Please.
We get it, you hate Christians but still desperately need them to vote for you. https://t.co/1dv4U2sTMB

Her birthday bash for herself continued on Sunday at a black church in Georgia, where she delivered a speech filled with sanctimonious appeals to “freedom, compassion, and justice.” Yes, the same person who just mocked the faith of millions is now asking those same voters to “come together as people of faith” and vote for her. This kind of political flip-flopping isn’t just transparent—it’s embarrassing.
Wow. Someone at Kamala’s rally said “Jesus is Lord” and she snapped back, “Oh you guys are at the wrong rally. I think you meant to go to the smaller one down the street.”

Harris has shown over and over again that she has little respect for Christianity. But now, she’s pulling the classic Democrat move of trying to appear holy when it suits her political ambitions. Remember, this is the same Democrat Party that regularly mocks the religious. Just look at Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who recently took a jab at the Holy Eucharist. And let’s not forget Harris skipping the Al Smith Dinner, a Catholic charity event that presidential candidates have traditionally attended. Democrats’ disdain for the faithful is clear as day.
But Kamala’s “souls to the polls” stunt is next-level hypocrisy. You can’t mock Christians one day and then turn around and ask for their vote the next. As the old adage goes: Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Voters—especially Christian voters—see right through this desperate attempt to recover some shred of religious credibility.
We each have the power to make a difference—in our communities and in this election.
Now is the time to come together to show faith in action and service: https://t.co/MKvOQGgN2t pic.twitter.com/nzCkX6qC6Q

What makes this all the more infuriating is the sheer lack of self-awareness. Does Kamala Harris think voters forgot what she said just days before? Or is she so out of touch that she actually believes this pandering will work? Either way, Christians across the country are taking note. The truth is Harris doesn’t respect their faith. She mocks it when it’s convenient, then shamelessly exploits it when she’s desperate for votes.
Ian Fleming’s words in Goldfinger come to mind: “Once is happenstance. Twice is a coincidence. Three times is enemy action.” Kamala Harris has shown us who she really is: an opportunist who is more than willing to mock faith, then turn around and claim it when she thinks it will benefit her.
