Kamala’s Answers To Questionnaire Stir Discussion

Well, it looks like Kamala Harris is once again trying to have it both ways, but this time, an unearthed ACLU questionnaire from her 2019 presidential campaign is here to remind everyone just how far left she really is. If you thought Harris was just your run-of-the-mill liberal, think again—her positions back then make Bernie Sanders look like a moderate.

Let’s start with the headliner: Harris supported using your hard-earned taxpayer dollars to fund gender transition surgeries for illegal immigrants and federal prisoners. That’s right—while the rest of us are dealing with inflation, she thinks it’s a good idea to take money from blue-collar Americans and hand it over to fund “sex change” operations for people who aren’t even legally supposed to be here. It sounds like something straight out of a Babylon Bee article, but nope, it’s real life.

In this ACLU questionnaire, Harris gave a resounding “Yes” to the idea of using executive authority to ensure that transgender and non-binary people in government care, including prisons and immigration detention centers, get access to gender transition surgeries. Because apparently, that’s a top priority when you’re running for president: ensuring that illegal immigrants get taxpayer-funded surgeries instead of, you know, fixing the border crisis or addressing the needs of actual citizens.

But it doesn’t stop there. Harris also pledged to slash the size of ICE and end immigration detention altogether. You know, because apparently detaining criminal illegal aliens is just too much for her. Instead, she wants to open the floodgates and let everyone roam free. She went as far as to claim that “Our immigrant detention system is out of control,” and that the best solution is to basically dismantle it. And now she’s pretending like she’s all about “strengthening the Border Patrol” and “expanding ICE.” Sure, Kamala—totally believable.

Then there’s the cherry on top: Harris wanted to end ICE detainers. These detainers are requests to hold illegal immigrants who’ve committed crimes until ICE can pick them up for deportation. But in Harris’s world, that’s just too much of a hassle. Let’s just go ahead and let them go, because what could go wrong? If you’re wondering how sanctuary cities operate as revolving doors for criminals, this is exactly the kind of policy that makes it happen.

Now, her team will likely rush to tell us she’s “changed her mind” on all of these radical positions, but don’t be fooled. Harris has shown time and again that she’ll say or do whatever she thinks will get her ahead politically. This is who she was in 2019, and this is who she still is today—she just happens to be wearing a more centrist mask for now. After all, even Bernie Sanders admitted she’s doing what she has to do to win.

So, while she scrambles to moderate her image, don’t forget the kind of policies she actually supports: open borders, weakened law enforcement, and taxpayer-funded surgeries for prisoners and illegal immigrants. Sound like someone who’s looking out for the average American? Yeah, didn’t think so.
