The truth is finally being revealed about a top aide in Joe Biden’s White House. Anthony Bernal, a long-time confidant of First Lady Jill Biden, has been accused of bullying and sexually harassing colleagues for over a decade. But because of his close relationship with the First Lady, he has remained untouchable.
Multiple sources have come forward with disturbing allegations detailing how Bernal would make crude remarks about the penis size of his colleagues and even speculate about their sexuality.
One former co-worker said Bernal’s behavior was “classic Me Too,” and his comments were meant to make people uncomfortable and assert his power over them. In addition to sexual harassment, Bernal has also been accused of bullying and verbally abusing his colleagues, reducing some to tears.

What is even more concerning is that Bernal’s behavior has been known for years, yet the Bidens have not taken action. In fact, he is considered one of the most powerful individuals in the administration, with access to both the East and West Wings. He is even referred to as the First Lady’s “work husband” and is said to be able to speak on her behalf.
It is hypocritical for Joe and Jill Biden to have such a close relationship with someone who has a history of bullying and harassment, especially after the President vowed to fire staff who showed “disrespect” in the workplace. This is just another example of the Bidens talking a big game about integrity and decency but not practicing what they preach.
Bernal’s authority and influence are concerning, and it is clear that many are afraid to come forward and speak out against him for fear of retaliation. This is unacceptable and goes against the values of democracy and equal treatment in the workplace.
It is also worth noting that while Bernal’s behavior has been an open secret in Washington, the mainstream media has largely failed to report on it. If this were a top aide in a Republican administration, the media would be in a frenzy and demanding immediate action. But because it involves the Bidens, they are happy to turn a blind eye.
