Trump signs Order Regarding Security Clearances For Former Officials

Well, somebody finally did it. After years of watching the Beltway’s most entrenched elites weaponize security clearances like they were golden tickets to the Deep State Chocolate Factory, President Donald Trump has finally decided to revoke the keys to the kingdom—and, frankly, it’s about time.

In a bold Friday evening memo, Trump took the political flamethrower and aimed it squarely at the folks who’ve spent the last eight years peddling hoaxes, leaking classified nonsense to the press, and pretending they were still running the country from their MSNBC green rooms. We’re talking about a hit list of the usual suspects: Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Hillary Clinton, Adam Kinzinger, Liz Cheney, Antony Blinken, Andrew Weissmann, and even the infamous impeachment twins, Alexander Vindman and Fiona Hill. If they were part of the “Get Trump” industry or one of its many spinoffs, their clearance is gone. Just like that.

This isn’t just political theater—this is what actual accountability looks like. For too long, these people have been treated like permanent royalty in D.C., clutching their security badges like they were family heirlooms passed down through generations of bureaucratic dynasty. Former presidents, ex-intel chiefs, and fading politicians continued to enjoy access to classified information long after they were out of power, all under the flimsy excuse of “national security continuity.” Translation: we trust them, they’re one of us, and don’t you dare question it.

But Trump? He’s not playing that game anymore. And frankly, the American people are with him on this one. Because why on earth should Hunter Biden’s dad, a man currently under investigation and denial about just about everything, have access to any classified briefings? Why should Kamala Harris—who’s one poll away from making “historically unpopular” look like a compliment—have unescorted access to secure government sites?

And let’s not forget Hillary Clinton, who already played fast and loose with national security via a bathroom server and thousands of mysteriously missing emails. Now she’s shocked to find herself persona non grata in a secure facility? Please.

And the icing on the cake? Trump didn’t stop at individuals. He went after their networks, too. The order includes a clause that if someone received their clearance via a private company, that company loses access too. That’s not just pulling the plug—that’s cutting the entire circuit. Suddenly, the think tank circuit and lawfare-industrial complex don’t look quite so cozy.

Naturally, the media will erupt with hand-wringing and fainting couch routines. “This is dangerous!” they’ll cry. “It’s unprecedented!” And yes, it is unprecedented—in the best possible way. Because for once, the federal government isn’t operating on autopilot for the benefit of the D.C. ruling class. For once, someone is pulling rank and saying, “You don’t get to cling to power you no longer hold.”

And to be clear, this is not about revenge. This is about responsibility. The American people are sick of watching the same old cast of characters who lied about Russia, buried the Hunter Biden laptop, and openly fantasized about jailing Trump voters still walking around with VIP access to America’s most sensitive secrets. What Trump just did is the bureaucratic version of changing the locks after someone’s been evicted. Long overdue and absolutely necessary.

So no, Joe, Hillary, Kamala, Adam, Liz, and friends, you don’t get to keep playing spy games in the shadows of the government you no longer run. Your clearance has been revoked—and with it, the illusion that you’re still in charge.

As Trump would say: You’re fired.
