But Merchan’s actions didn’t stop there. In an unprecedented move, the judge has expanded his gag order to include not only Trump but also the families of both Merchan and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. This overreach of power clearly indicates the biased motivation behind this trial.
It’s no secret that Judge Merchan has a clear vendetta against Trump. Reports have surfaced that he “fought like hell” to preside over this case, and it’s no surprise why. His daughter, Loren Merchan, is a vocal supporter of the Biden-Harris campaign and has received significant funding from Democratic sources to oppose Trump.
She even proudly displayed a profile picture on social media of Trump behind bars as if he were already in prison. This blatant bias is a direct conflict of interest for Judge Merchan and calls into question his ability to provide a fair and impartial trial.
Despite this apparent prejudice, Merchan dares to restrict Trump’s freedom of speech. The judge claims that Trump’s comments about his daughter have crossed the line, but this is simply a tactic to silence our President. This is a direct attack on our First Amendment rights, and Trump is not willing to back down.
In a bold statement on Truth Social, Trump expressed that he would be honored to go to prison for speaking the truth and fighting against these political operatives masquerading as prosecutors and judges. He understands the gravity of the situation and is willing to sacrifice his own freedom to save our country from these corrupt leaders.
