Kelly Comments On MSM Host

Folks, it looks like Megyn Kelly isn’t holding back when it comes to CNN’s Kaitlan Collins.

After Collins tried to convince everyone that her Alabama roots somehow make her an unbiased journalist, Kelly was quick to shut that down. And let’s be honest here—just because someone hails from a particular state doesn’t mean they’re suddenly the beacon of fair reporting.

Kelly didn’t mince words, calling out Collins not just for her bias but for having what she described as a “boring personality.” Ouch. But she didn’t stop there. Kelly’s “pro-tip” for Collins? Smile more.

“The fact that she has some roots in Alabama does not make her a fair and balanced reporter,” Kelly said. “I will submit to the record, her biggest sin is not that she is biased, though she is, it’s that she’s has boring personality.”

Yep, she actually suggested that Collins work on being less of a “cold-hearted b****” in her delivery. Kelly even played clips to back up her point, showcasing CNN’s strong tilt toward the Democrats while consistently hammering Republicans.

“I have a pro-tip for her, smile. Try smiling,” Kelly continued. “Try not to be in your delivery like such a cold-hearted b**** all the time, because it gives people nothing to bond to.”

The context here is pretty juicy, too. This all stems from Collins’ recent appearances on Bill Maher’s show and Stephen Colbert’s Late Show. When Colbert jokingly referred to CNN as a straight news organization, the audience couldn’t help but burst into laughter. And Maher wasn’t exactly buying Collins’ defense of CNN either, especially when she tried to claim that her show was proof the network is a place for balanced news.

Maher pointed out what most of us have seen for a while now—CNN’s political panels often look like a lopsided boxing match, with one conservative trying to fend off a mob of left-leaning voices. So, Collins can keep claiming she’s unbiased, but it seems like neither Kelly nor a lot of viewers are buying it.

“You made press because you were on Stephen Colbert’s show, and he said something like, ‘You guys at CNN just report the news straight.’ And the crowd burst into laughter,” Maher said. “I’m a big rooter for CNN, but that tells you a lot, doesn’t it?”
