During an interview on a Spanish-speaking radio show, President Joe Biden made a major gaffe when he accidentally referred to Hispanic migrants as “voters.”
“It’s even a bigger influx now in terms of Hispanic voters, or Hispanic – Hispanic citizens, who want to become citizens,” President Biden said of the current migrant crisis.
While discussing the current surge of illegal immigration at the southern border, Biden claimed that this influx is similar to the Irish immigration during the famine in the 1840s. He went on to say that the Hispanic community is “part of the future of America,” seemingly equating them to future voters.
“The Hispanic community is part of the future of America,” Biden told a host from Spanish radio show Chiquibaby this week. “Twenty-eight out of every 100 students in school speak Spanish, the idea that you’re gonna ignore that? That’s our future. One of the reasons that we’re growing so much is we have a significant influx of immigrants coming into our country, only reason our economy’s so good. We’re not a xenophobic nation. Other nations are, we’re not, that’s why our economy is the best in the world.”
This slip of the tongue has sparked outrage among conservatives, with many accusing Biden of deliberately bringing in thousands of illegal immigrants in hopes of securing future Democrat votes.
Radio personality Tara Servatius went as far as to tweet, “Breaking: Biden accidentally confirms he’s importing millions of illegal immigrants because he thinks of them as future Democrat voters.” It’s clear that the Biden administration’s lax immigration policies are being driven by political motives rather than concern for national security or the well-being of American citizens.
Biden’s comments also raise concerns about the impact of this sudden influx of illegal immigrants on our country. The administration’s refusal to acknowledge the potential consequences of such policies is alarming. Biden seems to think that catering to the Hispanic community is the key to securing a prosperous future for America. But what about the millions of hardworking American citizens who are struggling to make ends meet? How will this influx of cheap labor affect their livelihoods?
Furthermore, Biden’s comparison of the current immigration situation to the Irish immigration of the 1840s is misleading and offensive. The Irish migrants were fleeing a devastating famine and seeking a better life in America. They were not coming to the United States to take advantage of its resources or to vote in elections. On the other hand, the majority of illegal immigrants crossing the border are economic migrants who are taking advantage of Biden’s weak border policies.
Biden’s comments also reveal a concerning disregard for the rule of law. As he praised the “significant influx of immigrants” for boosting the economy, he failed to mention the fact that these individuals are breaking the law by entering the country illegally.
This sends a dangerous message to those who are looking to come to the United States without going through the proper channels. It also undermines the efforts of law enforcement and border patrol agents who are working tirelessly to secure our borders and protect our sovereignty.
President Biden’s accidental reference to “Hispanic voters” when discussing illegal immigration shines a spotlight on the political motives driving his border policies. It also reveals a dangerous disregard for the rule of law and the well-being of American citizens.

As the crisis at the southern border continues to worsen, it’s time for the Biden administration to take responsibility for its actions and address the concerns of the American people. The future of our country deserves better than political posturing and empty promises.
