Whose Campaign Did Kellyanne Conway’s Husband Donate To?!

Of all of the strange side notes that history will remember about the Trump era, perhaps none is as cringeworthy as the story of The Conways.

Kellyanne Conway was the first woman to ever manage a US presidential campaign that ended up in the White House, and she has been at President Trump’s side ever since.  While 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue has been a whirlwind of turnover during these last three years, Conway has remained intact; a rock for the President to lean on.

Her husband, on the other hand, is no fan of the Commander in Chief and often uses his sizable public following to demean and embarrass Donald Trump.

George Conway, the husband of White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, donated the maximum allowable campaign contribution to Joe Biden following the former vice president’s triumph in this week’s Super Tuesday primaries.

Conway tweeted Tuesday evening that he gave $2,800 to Biden’s campaign, which is the largest amount an individual is legally allowed to contribute during the primary season. He also retweetedposts by New York Magazine journalist Olivia Nuzzi quoting him as saying that “the nation can’t afford four more years with a megalomaniacal moron in the White House.”

George Conway has been the butt of a great many jokes as of late, as there is little doubt that his antics have him sleeping on the couch at home.
