The girls on “The View” are at it again, they just challenged the Department of Justice (DOJ) to “look through a whole bunch of stuff” at Fox News Wednesday.

They are ticked at Fox News host Tucker Carlson for airing footage of the Capitol riot.

Carlson aired footage of the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the Capitol building that he said “demolishes” an “insurrection” storyline that has been forced down the public’s throat by the Jan. 6 select committee created by then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

“I was saying earlier, you can make a mistake and say something and it happens, but then people say it wasn’t right. But you knew, you knew, you knew,” Whoopi Goldberg said about Carlson. “You know people are still listening to you and you’re still lying. I hope the DOJ looks through a whole bunch of stuff.”

Co-host Sunny Hostin asked if Merrick Garland was listening to their broadcast. Somehow I doubt it.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy provided Carlson access to over 41,000 hours of video security footage of the riot.

Previously, the hosts of ABC’s “The View” kept lashing out at Carlson for the comments that he made about Russian President Vladimir Putin and suggested he be investigated by the Department of Justice (DOJ) over them.

“I think DOJ, in the same way that is setting up a task force to investigate [Russian] oligarchs, should look into people who are Russian propagandists and shilling for Putin,” host Ana Navarro said. “If you are a foreign asset to a dictator it should be investigated.”

Nararro’s charge came amid a discussion about an article that reportedly leaked a memo from the Kremlin that suggested it was essential to use segments of Tucker Carlson’s show as part of its propaganda efforts during the invasion of Ukraine.

Whoopi Goldberg went so far as to say that people like Tucker used to get arrested for doing that kind of stuff.
