In America, we cheer for the little guy and were set up by our founders for accountability.
Not anymore and Rep. Jim Jordan, chairman of the weaponization committees warning to whistleblowers is a sad reminder.
Recently we reported that Jordan is taking action to investigate the role of former New York County Special Assistant District Attorney Mark Pomerantz in the investigation of former President Donald Trump‘s finances. Pomerantz resigned in protest after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg declined to charge Trump with any crimes.
Jordan is now subpoenaing Pomerantz to testify about the investigation and to shed light on the politically motivated prosecution of current and former presidents. In a letter attached to the subpoena, Jordan highlighted Pomerantz’s public criticism of Bragg and his book, “People vs. Donald Trump: An Inside Account.” Jordan noted that Pomerantz once said he “marveled at the thought” of being “at the center of what might become one of the most consequential criminal cases ever brought”, drawing a comparison between the investigation of Trump and the indictment of Osama bin Laden and other members of al Qaeda for the bombing of the United States embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.
The weaponization committee is going deeper than just the Bragg case as whistleblowers come forward however, Jordan issued a warning.

Jordan’s warning should be taken seriously.
How is alerting FBI investigators about presence of FBI assets a “conspiratorial view” when it’s a fact? So many informants in Proud Boys that one defense atty joked about it.
Govt stipulated 8 CHSs in group–real figure is probably more than twice that:https://t.co/Blmm8iClfo
