Video has emerged from the White House East Room shortly before Biden was scheduled to make his State of the Union Speech.
First Lady Jill Biden wasn’t happy when she showed up at the White House State of the Union watch party in the East Room.
There wasn’t any booze.
In a joking but serious tone with uncomfortable laughter, the First Lady told staffers to “do better next time.”
