Hunter Sues Giuliani

If plan A doesn’t work, go to plan B. If that doesn’t work, go to plan C, and so on.

Hunter Biden’s latest legal maneuver pretty much destroys the claim that the laptop was not Hunter’s and that it was disinformation.

Hunter is suing former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and his former attorney, claiming they caused “total annihilation” of his digital privacy.

“Plaintiff has demanded Defendants Giuliani and Costello cease their unlawful activities with respect to Plaintiff’s data and return any data in their possession belonging to Plaintiff, but they have refused to do so,” attorneys for Hunter Biden wrote in the lawsuit. “Defendants’ statements suggest that their unlawful hacking activities are ongoing today and that, unless stopped, will continue into the future, thereby necessitating this action.”

“Everyone involved in stealing and manipulating Hunter’s data should be hearing footsteps right about now,” a source on Hunter’s legal team told CNN.
Hunter appears to be getting desperate, launching several lawsuits.
The President’s son recently sued the IRS, former Trump White House aide Garrett Ziegler, Giuliani, and now his former attorney.
Hunter Biden was recently indicted on federal firearms charges.

Biden is accused of lying about his drug use when he bought a firearm in October 2018, a period when he has acknowledged struggling with addiction to crack cocaine, according to the indictment filed in federal court in Delaware by a special counsel overseeing the case.

The indictment comes weeks after the collapse of a plea deal that would have averted a criminal trial and distracting headlines for President Joe Biden.

The court fight doesn’t seem likely to end soon. Hunter Biden’s defense attorney argues he didn’t violate the law and remains protected by an immunity provision that was part of the plea deal. The charges, meanwhile, are rarely filed as stand-alone counts and a federal appeals court recently found the measure he was charged under unconstitutional.

Meanwhile, the criminal cases against former president Trump are being fast tracked.
