With only 4 days left before the 2020 US presidential election, news out of the FBI is looking to shake up the race.
A Department of Justice (DOJ) official confirmed Thursday that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) opened a criminal investigation into Hunter Biden and his associates in 2019, focused on allegations of money-laundering, and that it remains “open and active,” according to Sinclair investigative reporter James Rosen.
Rosen tweeted Thursday afternoon:

The mainstream media has been extremely reluctant to report on the story regarding Hunter Biden’s “laptop from Hell”, as Donald Trump refers to it, likely due to the involvement of Rudy Giuliani in its chain of custody.
Giuliani has been assuming the sort of agent provocateur role that would normally have been reserved for Roger Stone – a man recently pardoned by President Trump and presumably attempting to stay out of trouble before the election.
The issue with Giuliani is that he appeared somewhat desperate to get this laptop story out, and was only able to convince the New York Post to run portions of the tale. The rest of the allegedly salacious materials have only been disseminated by a Chinese tabloid with connections to Steve Bannon, lending very little credibility to the story.
One has to wonder what impact, if any, this revelation by the FBI will have.
