In an exclusive interview on Fox Business Network Thursday morning, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) outlined his continuing investigation into the Biden family’s corruption and future plans for subpoenaing Joe and Hunter Biden.

When asked by host Maria Bartiromo about the possibility of issuing subpoenas and if he expected the president to cooperate, Comer confidently replied, “This is always going to end with the Bidens coming in front of the committee. We are going to subpoena the family.”

Comer went on to explain that though they’ll be met with obstruction and opposition from Biden’s team of attorneys, they are thoroughly putting together a case that would withstand judicial scrutiny. With the release of the bank records on Wednesday, Comer stressed the importance of the correct timing in the investigation, as there had been a prevailing mainstream media narrative initially at the beginning of the inquiry.

“We’ve caught Joe Biden in so many lies I can’t even count the number of lies now,” Comer said. “So we have put together a case that I think would stand up in any court of law in America, and we hope to hear from the Bidens soon.”

As well as his frustration with the media blackout regarding this corruption, Comer reminded viewers of the bigger picture, pointing out the testimony from Devon Archer, Hunter’s business associate, and the FD 1023 form that details a possible bribe taken by Joe Biden in his dealings with Burisma.

Comer and his committee have been persistent and diligent in their investigation, which he claims is moving at a faster rate than any other congressional committee or special counsel that has tackled this topic in the past.

“We continue to produce evidence about every two weeks,” Comer said. Although he did not provide a timeline on when the subpoenas would be issued, Comer did make clear they would be talking to three or four other witnesses before pursuing the bidens, and that they would be issued if these witnesses are not willing to come in voluntarily.

As the mainstream media is forced to acknowledge that more information is coming, Chairman Comer and his House Oversight Committee will continue to build their case, putting Joe and Hunter Biden in the crosshairs of their investigation.
