British Intel Shows Putin’s INSIDIOUS Ukraine Plot Taking Shape

While the world continues to focus on the massive buildup of Russian troops on the border near Ukraine, there are new concerns about potential political plots being hatched by Vladimir Putin.

For weeks now, Putin and his Kremlin cronies have suggested that the global community is blowing this all out of proportion.  They are insisting that the tens of thousands of troops currently preparing to invade Ukraine are simply there for training exercises, despite the fact that the sum of the world’s intelligence community knows better already.

But, as Britain’s intel gurus have recently discovered, it’s not just about tanks and bombs with Putin, and a sinister new plan could be on its way as well.

Earlier Saturday, the U.K.’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office disclosed it had information suggesting the Russian plan was in the works.

“We have information that indicates the Russian Government is looking to install a pro-Russian leader in Kyiv as it considers whether to invade and occupy Ukraine,” a spokesperson for the British agency said.

Former Ukrainian Member of Parliament Yevhen Murayev was being considered a potential candidate, the spokesperson added.

Murayev heads Nashi, a small pro-Russian political party that currently has no representation in Ukraine’s parliament, The Associated Press reported.

The disclosure comes just weeks after the Ukrainian government says that it uncovered a plot for a Russian-backed military coup in the country.
